UAE VISA REQUIREMENTS

Mainland Visas
Private firms may apply for new employment entry permits to be granted their employees, and should acquire a residence visa status within 30 days of the employee’s arrival in UAE. An employment visa for companies registered in a free zone is valid for three years, and that of onshore registered firms two. The employers also have an obligation to complete all arrangements for the journeys of these new employees, including procuring ‘approved-to-board’ certificates required by some airline companies.
Family Residency Visas
(Please note that the information below only applies to : residents of the UAE).
If your family members are outside the UAE, you must apply for an entry residence visa first. You have up to 30 days to apply for the residence stamp when you arrive.
Your basic wage should be no less than AED 4,000 (or AED 3,675 plus accommodation). If you want to apply for a residence visa for your parents, the minimum salary should be AED 20,000 per month (or AED 19,000 plus two-bedroom housing).
Required documentation includes:
- I typed the application form.
- Government employee’s Salary certificate. Other employees Attested to work contracts.
- Most recent bank statement for long-term residents; three months. New residents should submit the most recent month unless they have a bank letter certifying their salary has been transferred.
- She signed a tenancy agreement, Emirates ID card, and labor contract.
- Marriage certificate certified by UAE authorities (for marriage in the United Arab Emirates) or from your home country for sponsorship.
- Original passports; Sponsor and family member(s) (copies).
- Report of medical check-ups on spouses or children over 15 from an approved hospital or clinic.
- Three photos of passports per family member.
Note: To keep your family member’s residence visa valid, he must be out of the UAE for at least six months. If a Muslim expatriate has married more than one wife, he can only get issued with one residence visa.
