About Gulf Corporate Services
We are a corporate services firm based in Dubai. We help foreign and local entrepreneurs set up companies in the UAE, mainly across Dubai, and extend support to Saudi Arabia and Oman. Our work covers licensing, approvals, visas, and compliance.
Our Background
We started operations in 2019 under the name Make My Company. At that time, we worked primarily with small business setups and free zone formations. As we gained more exposure to different jurisdictions and built relationships with authorities, we expanded our scope. In 2022, we rebranded to Gulf Corporate Services to reflect a broader regional focus that now includes Saudi Arabia and Oman alongside our core UAE operations. The name change also marked a shift toward handling more complex structures and working with clients who needed ongoing support beyond just initial setup.

Our Real Experience
Company Formation Process
We handle end-to-end company formation from initial consultation to final license issuance. This includes:
- Selecting the right jurisdiction based on business activity
- Determining the appropriate license type
- Preparing applications and supporting documents
- Submitting documents to authorities
- Following up until approvals are received
Visa and Immigration Support
We coordinate visa processing for investors and employees, manage Emirates ID applications, and arrange PRO services for document attestation and labor card processing.
Post-Setup Services
After setup, we continue supporting clients with renewals, amendments, additional visas, and compliance filings. We do not resell services. We coordinate directly with the relevant authorities and manage the process ourselves.
We help you grow profitably
Our success as consultants will depend on the essential rightness of the advice.

Setup Timelines & Jurisdictions
Standard Processing Time
Most company setups take between five and ten working days from document submission to license issuance. This depends on the jurisdiction, license type, and whether any clarifications or corrections are needed during the process.
Where We Operate
- Dubai Mainland (active)
- All major UAE free zones (active)
- Offshore formations (only when legally required)
Our Recommendation Approach
We handle offshore company formation only when it serves a legitimate business structure requirement, such as holding arrangements or international invoicing needs. We do not push offshore setups when they are not suitable. If a client’s actual operations will be in the UAE, we recommend mainland or free zone licensing instead.
Our Clients
We have worked with several hundred clients since 2019. These include solo entrepreneurs starting freelance businesses, small teams launching service companies, e-commerce sellers setting up trade licenses, and overseas investors forming holding or investment structures. Many of our clients are first-time business owners who are unfamiliar with UAE regulations. Others are experienced operators expanding into new markets. A significant portion of our work comes from repeat clients who return when they need additional licenses, new visas, or another company setup. Clients typically return because they know how the process will go and prefer continuity over starting fresh with a new provider.
Industries We Commonly Work With
Compliance, Ethics, and Transparency
Regulatory Compliance
We operate in full compliance with UAE federal and emirate-level regulations. Our processes follow official requirements set by licensing authorities and immigration departments.
Pricing Transparency
Before starting any work, we provide a clear cost breakdown that includes:
- Government fees
- Service charges
- Third-party costs (if applicable)
Honest Expectations
We do not guarantee approvals because final decisions rest with licensing authorities, not with us. We explain realistic timelines and possible delays honestly.
Document Security
All client documents are handled securely and are not shared with unauthorized parties. We maintain confidentiality throughout the engagement.
Error Handling
If we make an error during the filing process, we correct it without charging additional fees. We take responsibility for mistakes that occur on our end.
Refund Policy
If a client decides to cancel before work has been submitted to authorities, we refund the service fee after deducting any costs already incurred. Once applications are submitted, refunds depend on what stage the process has reached and whether government fees have been paid.
